Things people ask

Where is my data? On your phone, and only there. Memento has no accounts and no server-side copy of anything you write. See the privacy policy.

Can I move my list to a new phone? Not yet. Because nothing is uploaded, there is no sync to restore from — a new phone starts empty. This is the honest cost of the design, and transfer is on the list to build.

I wrote from inside the app and heard nothing back. Contact emails us, but it cannot email you: the app has never asked for your address, so a message with no way to reach you in it can only be read, not answered. Write again with your address, or use the one above. If you were offline when you wrote, the message waits on your device and goes out the next time you open Contact.

The AI suggestions or the microphone stopped working. Both fall back to working offline when they cannot reach the server, so the app keeps going. If suggestions look generic or the mic button reports an error, that is usually what happened.

よくある質問

データはどこにありますか？ あなたの端末の中だけです。Memento にはアカウントがなく、書いた内容のサーバー側の複製も存在しません。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

機種変更時にリストを移せますか？ 現時点ではできません。何もアップロードしていないため復元元がなく、新しい端末では空の状態から始まります。これはこの設計の正直な代償で、移行機能は今後の課題です。

アプリ内から問い合わせたのに返信がありません。 お問い合わせは当方にメールで届きますが、こちらからあなたに返信する手段がありません。アプリは一度もあなたのアドレスを尋ねていないため、連絡先が本文に書かれていないメッセージは、読むことはできても返信できないのです。連絡先を添えて再度お送りいただくか、上記のアドレスにご連絡ください。なお、オフラインで書いた場合は端末内で待機し、次にオンラインでお問い合わせを開いたときに送信されます。

AI の提案やマイクが動かなくなりました。 どちらもサーバーに接続できない場合はオフライン動作に切り替わるため、アプリ自体は使い続けられます。提案が一般的な内容に見えたり、マイクがエラーを表示する場合は、たいていこれが起きています。
